Kansas.
Also, on a different topic, when was it that Mel Brooks and Susan Stroman decided to musicalize YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN? And how was it that I never heard about it until reading this morning's paper?
where friendly folks can gather and raise the rafters high
with songs and tales from yesteryear until they say goodbye ...

I could be very wrong, but I don't think Dorothy ever whines "I wanna go home! I wanna go home!" If I'm wrong, call me a slut. I hate The Wizard of Oz. Despite the (possible) inaccuracy, this is perhaps your most complex and allegorical audio blog yet. And congratulations on finally blogging with the frequency I, as a shut-in, desire.
You're right, I don't think she does whine in the film. But, if you had seen ADRIFT IN MACAO according to my instructions on November 13 ("GO SEE IT. SEE NOTHING UNTIL YOU SEE THIS SHOW") or even read my post ("Michele Ragusa ... her Dorothy moment ['I wanna go home, I wanna go home']") about it, you'd realize what I was talking about.
